Cloud Threat Response is a cloud-based email security solution that responds to threats through automated and manual processes. The solution prevents email attacks by processing and analyzing information received from alert sources. It identifies malicious content found in emails and removes it from the original recipient's mailbox as well as any mailboxes to which it was forwarded. The solution ingests threat information from multiple alert sources and integrates with mail servers such as Exchange, Office 365, G Suite, or Domino to retrieve and move messages. It can optionally integrate with identity and access management solutions including Microsoft Active Directory or Okta. Analysis results for organizational, user, and threat-specific data are available through the Threat Response Dashboard. The solution includes features such as audit-logging, internal incident response, and enhanced visualizations. Cloud Threat Response is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service solution.
