Neeve Cloud BMS is a managed operational technology (OT) infrastructure for running supervisory Building Management Systems (BMS) within a cloud environment. As a component of an edge-to-cloud platform, it centralizes BMS operations and enables remote access to building systems. The product offers two deployment models: a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) that provides containerized Tridium Niagara 4 as a managed service, and an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) that delivers a managed cloud with Linux or Windows virtual machines for user-deployed applications or BMS training. Hosting can be provisioned in Neeve's environment or a customer's Virtual Private Cloud (VPC).
The platform is built on a zero-trust security architecture that removes OT ports from public internet exposure. Secure cloud connectivity is achieved with certificate-based authentication and end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption through bookended tunnels. For operational resilience, the system includes continuous data backups, disaster recovery protocols, cloud failover, continuous monitoring, and automated patching. It also provides comprehensive audit logging for system tracking and analysis.
