Chiffry Secure Messenger by Chiffry is an encrypted messaging application for smartphones designed to provide confidential and secure communication. It utilizes end-to-end encryption with 256-bit AES in GCM mode, following BSI guidelines. The app encrypts messages and calls on the sender's device and decrypts them on the recipient's device. It employs modern elliptic curve cryptography (512-bit ECDH) for key exchange before each message or call. The app also implements 512-bit ECDSA signatures for message forgery protection and uses Chiffry certificates for user identification.
