AutoCrypt V2X-PKI is an SCMS platform that facilitates the enrollment, issuance, and revocation of digital certificates for V2X end entities. The Security Credential Management System (SCMS) is a PKI-based two-way authentication system for V2X communications that enables road entities to anonymously verify one another's identity. The platform provides SCMS-based PKI architecture for message signing and verification, along with services including certificate generation, distribution, and revocation. It supports the North American Security Credential Management System (SCMS), the European C-ITS Credential Management System (CCMS), and the Chinese CCSA standard (C-SCMS), providing certificate registration, authentication, and management services for onboard units (OBU) and roadside units (RSU). The system manages the entire certificate lifecycle from issuance to revocation and includes misbehavior detection capabilities that analyze end entity behaviors to identify devices with abnormal behaviors and generate misbehavior reports. It features a policy generator that maintains and signs updates for global policy files, certificate chain files, and configuration information, along with real-time monitoring capabilities for operation administrators.
