Analyzr by Secure-IC evaluates side-channel security and vulnerability to fault injection at the post-silicon stage. It is part of the Laboryzr suite and is designed to assess the security robustness of physical chips and boards after production. Analyzr utilizes high-tech equipment such as electromagnetic probes, oscilloscopes, XYZ tables, electromagnetic injection stations, laser injection stations, and power and clock glitch injection stations. It complies with security standards and certifications including ISO/IEC 17825, ISO/IEC 20085, Common Criteria ISO/IEC 15408, and FIPS-140-3. Analyzr provides security analysis on real targets like FPGA, ASIC, SoC, microcontrollers, smartphones, and IoT devices. It tests for both passive and active attacks using an acquisition library to control high-tech equipment and an analysis library for side-channel attacks and pre-processing leakage. Analyzr is capable of detecting hardware Trojans and performing black-box analysis of devices.
