Aladdin LiveOffice by Aladdin-RD is a specialized tool for secure remote work. It allows connection to GIS, ISPDn, and KII from personal computers and processes state secrets. It is a specialized secure flash drive with pre-installed software and protection tools, operating on LiveUSB technology. This solution allows safe work with corporate or official information using personal (untrusted) employee computers. From this medium, the following is produced: booting the computer, secure connection via VPN to the organization's network, working in terminal mode on a remote computer or in a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). The user will not be able to copy and save official documents, print them on a local printer, compromise their password (account), or upload a trojan or virus to the organization's information system. It provides the ability for remote work in GIS, critical information infrastructure, and processing of official information and various types of secrets (except state secrets), using electronic signatures in document management systems. Aladdin LiveOffice also serves as a means of two-factor authentication (2FA) and electronic signature (ES). It is permitted for use in government information systems (GIS) up to class 1 security, in personal data information systems (ISPD) up to category 1, in information systems of significant critical information infrastructure (CII) up to category 1, in automated systems for managing production and technological processes (ASU TP) at critical and potentially hazardous sites up to class 1 security, and in medical (MIS), banking (IBS), and other public information systems (IS) up to class II. Aladdin LiveOffice enables secure remote work for employees and contractors, providing access to critical subsystems such as databases, ERP, CRM, and 1C Enterprise. It integrates into existing infrastructure, with pricing depending on specifications and customized per request. It is developed and produced in Russia, registered in the Unified Register of Domestic Software - No. 20648. It can replace foreign vendor products like Check Point Remote Access VPN and Check Point Abra. It is certified by FSTEC and FSB of Russia for secure remote work, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
