AIDA is an AI-native suite of security agents designed to automate and enhance human risk management for cybersecurity. The platform combines multiple AI technologies to address AI-powered social engineering attacks. AIDA operates on Amazon Web Services infrastructure and utilizes Anthropic Claude models for its AI capabilities. The SmartRisk Agent component analyzes user behavioral data using 316 indicators across 37 factors within seven knowledge areas to generate multidimensional risk scores at user, group, and organizational levels. The system automatically assigns relevant training content by analyzing users' learning history, job roles, risk scores, behavior patterns, and languages. AIDA generates realistic phishing templates that mirror current attack vectors and creates automated quizzes to reinforce training and policy understanding. The platform provides personalized and adaptive training designed to modify user behavior while reducing administrative overhead for security teams through automated template generation, training delivery, and reporting functions.
